Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access to, purchase of, and use of any mobile application provided by Alpha Gateway Limited (“Alpha Gateway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that displays or references these Terms (collectively, the “Apps”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using an App. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, access, purchase, or use the Apps.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your location, you may use the Apps only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor’s use of the Apps.

You may not use the Apps if applicable law prohibits you from receiving or using them.

License to Use the Apps

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Alpha Gateway grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Apps on devices that you own or control, solely for lawful personal or internal business purposes and in accordance with applicable marketplace rules.

The Apps are licensed, not sold. Alpha Gateway and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

Unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, lease, distribute, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit an App;
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from an App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of an App;
• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
• Circumvent subscriptions, purchase validation, advertisements, security measures, feature restrictions, or access controls;
• Use automated tools to scrape, test, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to an App or related systems;
• Use an App or its output to develop, train, benchmark, or support a competing product without our written permission;
• Make an App available over a network where it could be used by multiple users or devices in a manner not permitted by the applicable marketplace rules.

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the Apps and for ensuring that your activities comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, workplace policies, network rules, and device requirements.

You must not use an App:

• To access, scan, test, monitor, or interfere with a network, device, printer, file, account, or system without authorization;
• To obtain or attempt to obtain another person’s passwords, authentication credentials, verification codes, documents, or private information;
• To engage in phishing, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful conduct;
• To process, print, edit, share, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other legal rights;
• To transmit malware, harmful code, or content designed to damage or disrupt a device, network, account, or service;
• To bypass security controls or obtain unauthorized access;
• To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation;
• In a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Apps or interfere with another person’s use;
• For any unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purpose.

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an App is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

User Content

You may choose to import, scan, store, edit, protect, print, export, share, or otherwise process documents, photos, QR codes, authentication information, network information, and other content through the Apps (“User Content”).

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to Alpha Gateway.

You represent and agree that:

• You have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to process the User Content;
• Your processing of the User Content does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
• You will not process content obtained through unauthorized access;
• You will review files, destinations, printer settings, network targets, account details, and other selections before confirming an action;
• You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important User Content.

Some User Content may be processed and stored locally on your device. When Alpha Gateway does not receive or control locally stored content, we may be unable to inspect, recover, restore, transfer, or delete it on your behalf.

When you choose to print, share, export, back up, or otherwise transfer User Content, it may be sent to a printer, platform, storage provider, account service, recipient, or other destination selected by you. The receiving third party’s handling of that content is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Local Data and Backups

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and maintaining backups or recovery methods for important files, credentials, codes, and other locally stored content.

Deleting an App, resetting or replacing your device, clearing App data, losing your device, or failing to maintain an available backup may result in permanent loss of locally stored content.

Alpha Gateway does not guarantee that locally stored content can be recovered after it has been deleted, damaged, overwritten, or made inaccessible.

Important Use Limitations

The Apps provide general utility functions. They are not substitutes for professional security systems, professional cybersecurity assessments, guaranteed account recovery, professional legal or financial advice, or independent verification of important information.

Results and outputs may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate because of factors including:

• Device and operating-system limitations;
• Permission settings;
• Network conditions and configurations;
• Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal availability;
• Printer, file, and hardware compatibility;
• Third-party databases and services;
• Changes in websites, accounts, networks, and external platforms;
• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated source information.

An App result does not guarantee that:

• Every available device, printer, service, account, or security risk has been detected;
• A detected device, connection, website, or item is harmful or unauthorized;
• An undetected device, connection, website, or network is safe;
• A warning, classification, recommendation, or technical result is complete or error-free;
• A compatible service or device will remain compatible in the future.

You should independently review important results and use qualified professional assistance where security, privacy, financial loss, account access, or other significant interests may be affected.

Authentication and Account Security

Where an App allows you to store authentication credentials, generate verification codes, create passwords, scan authentication QR codes, or review potential website risks, you remain responsible for the security and recovery of your third-party accounts.

You should:

• Protect your device with a passcode, biometric lock, or another appropriate security measure;
• Maintain recovery codes or another recovery method provided by the relevant account provider;
• Keep an appropriate backup where supported and necessary;
• Confirm that authentication information has been saved correctly before removing an existing authentication method;
• Avoid sharing passwords, secret keys, QR codes, recovery codes, or verification codes;
• Independently verify suspicious websites, messages, and account requests.

Loss of your device, deletion of an App, device reset, failure to maintain a backup, or loss of authentication information may prevent access to third-party accounts.

Alpha Gateway does not control third-party accounts and cannot guarantee that it can restore credentials or recover account access. Compatibility with a third-party platform does not mean that Alpha Gateway is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by that platform.

Network and Device Information

Certain functions may identify, display, or analyze devices, printers, signals, connection information, network characteristics, or other technical data available in your local environment.

You may use these functions only on networks, devices, and systems that you own or are authorized to access.

Device names, manufacturers, addresses, signal information, port information, risk indicators, and similar results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying a result before blocking a device, changing a network configuration, accusing another person of unauthorized activity, or taking another significant action.

The Apps do not guarantee that all connected, hidden, inactive, protected, or technically restricted devices will be detected.

Printing, Editing, and Output

You are responsible for reviewing documents, photos, scans, PDF files, page ranges, layouts, printer destinations, export formats, and other settings before completing an action.

Output may vary depending on the source file, operating system, printer, network, document format, available fonts, device capabilities, and third-party services.

Alpha Gateway does not guarantee that:

• Every printer, document, file type, or format will be supported;
• Formatting, fonts, page layouts, colors, or image quality will be reproduced exactly;
• Every print, conversion, scan, edit, or export operation will complete successfully;
• An output file will be compatible with every external application or service.

You are responsible for avoiding unintended printing, disclosure, sharing, overwriting, corruption, or loss of content.

Free Features and Advertisements

Some Apps or features may be available without payment and may display advertisements.

Advertising availability, frequency, placement, format, and eligibility may vary depending on the App, version, region, device, subscription status, consent choices, and device privacy settings.

We may add, remove, or change free features and advertising arrangements, subject to applicable law. Information about advertising data and Tracking is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Advertisements and advertiser content are provided by third parties. Alpha Gateway does not endorse or guarantee third-party products, services, claims, websites, promotions, or offers displayed through advertisements.

Your interactions with an advertiser or third-party offer are between you and the relevant third party.

Subscriptions and Purchases

An App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, one-time purchases, or lifetime purchases.

Available products, billing periods, prices, included features, and offer conditions will be displayed within the relevant App or marketplace purchase interface before you confirm a transaction.

Prices may vary by country, currency, marketplace, tax treatment, promotion, and product configuration. The price displayed in the final marketplace purchase confirmation applies to your transaction.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

A subscription automatically renews for the applicable billing period unless it is cancelled before the end of the current subscription period, subject to the rules of the marketplace processing the purchase.

The marketplace will charge the payment method associated with your marketplace account. Alpha Gateway does not directly receive or process your complete payment-card or banking information.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your marketplace account settings. Deleting an App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, cancellation instructions are available through Apple Support.

After cancellation, access to paid features generally continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless the marketplace terms or applicable law provide otherwise.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a subscription includes a free trial, introductory price, or other promotional offer, its duration, price, and eligibility conditions will be displayed before confirmation.

Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price displayed during purchase.

Eligibility may be limited to new or qualifying users and may be determined by Apple or another marketplace. Creating a new account, reinstalling an App, or using another device does not guarantee renewed eligibility.

We may modify or withdraw promotional offers where permitted. Such changes will not retroactively alter a transaction already confirmed.

One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

A one-time purchase provides access to the features identified in the purchase interface without automatic recurring billing.

Where a product is described as a “lifetime” purchase, it means a non-recurring license to access the included premium features of the relevant App for as long as that App remains available and supported, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

“Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that every feature, device, operating system, printer, network service, third-party integration, or external platform will remain available indefinitely.

A lifetime or one-time purchase does not automatically provide access to:

• Other applications offered by Alpha Gateway;
• Separately released products;
• Materially different services;
• Third-party products or services;
• Features expressly offered as separate purchases.

Any specific rights displayed in the purchase interface at the time of purchase will also apply.

Purchase Restoration

Where supported, you may restore an eligible purchase using the marketplace account originally used to complete it.

Restoration depends on marketplace records, account status, product availability, and applicable platform rules. Alpha Gateway cannot restore purchases that the marketplace cannot verify.

Refunds

Purchases made through Apple or another marketplace are billed and refunded by that marketplace. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the marketplace’s rules and applicable consumer law.

Alpha Gateway cannot independently approve, issue, or guarantee a refund for a transaction processed solely by a marketplace.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer right available under applicable law.

Updates and Changes to the Apps

We may release updates that add, modify, replace, or remove features; improve security or performance; maintain compatibility; respond to legal or marketplace requirements; or correct technical problems.

Some updates may be necessary for continued use. If you do not install an available update, certain functions may become unavailable or may no longer operate correctly.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every feature will remain available permanently;
• Every device or operating-system version will remain supported;
• External platforms, printers, networks, accounts, or third-party services will remain compatible;
• Older versions will continue receiving maintenance, security updates, or support;
• An App will always be available in every location or marketplace.

Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting an active paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and marketplace requirements.

Third-Party Services

The Apps may interact with third-party services, including app marketplaces, printers, websites, advertising providers, analytics providers, account platforms, network devices, storage providers, and sharing or export destinations.

Third-party services are independently operated and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Alpha Gateway does not control and is not responsible for:

• Their availability, accuracy, security, content, or performance;
• Changes made by a third-party provider;
• Products, services, advertisements, or claims they provide;
• Information submitted directly to or independently processed by them;
• Losses caused by a third-party outage, restriction, account decision, security incident, or service termination.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms governing any third-party service you use.

References to or compatibility with a third party do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or ownership.

Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the App, the features you use, the permissions you grant, and your device settings, information may be processed locally or transmitted to Alpha Gateway or third-party service providers.

By using an App, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, it will be requested separately.

Intellectual Property

The Apps—including their software, interfaces, visual design, text, graphics, logos, databases, structure, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Alpha Gateway and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, printers, accounts, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in or compatibility with an App does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership by Alpha Gateway.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no right or interest in the Apps or Alpha Gateway’s intellectual property is transferred to you.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide comments, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback regarding the Apps, you grant Alpha Gateway permission to use that feedback to evaluate, improve, and develop its products and services without payment or other obligation to you.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your User Content or personal information to Alpha Gateway.

Suspension and Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Alpha Gateway.

You may stop using an App at any time. Uninstalling an App does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable marketplace.

We may suspend or terminate your access where:

• You materially or repeatedly violate these Terms;
• Your use creates a security, legal, technical, or fraud risk;
• Suspension is required by applicable law or a marketplace;
• A relevant App or service is discontinued;
• Continued operation is no longer reasonably practicable.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before termination. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to other users or third parties.

Upon termination, the license granted under these Terms ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and outstanding payment obligations—will remain effective.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Alpha Gateway does not warrant that the Apps will:

• Operate without interruption, delay, error, vulnerability, or data loss;
• Detect every device, threat, unsafe website, network issue, or compatibility problem;
• Produce complete, accurate, current, or reliable results;
• Work with every device, printer, file, account, network, or third-party service;
• Meet every individual requirement or intended purpose;
• Preserve or recover locally stored files, authentication credentials, verification codes, or other content;
• Remain available in their current form indefinitely.

To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Gateway disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Gateway and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or relating to the Apps or these Terms.

This includes loss of data, documents, credentials, account access, revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, privacy, or device functionality, as well as losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized or incorrect network use;
• Incomplete or inaccurate scan results;
• Failed printing, editing, conversion, export, or sharing;
• Loss of locally stored authentication information or User Content;
• Reliance on warnings, classifications, recommendations, or other App output;
• Advertisements or advertiser content;
• Third-party services, devices, networks, accounts, or platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Gateway’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to an App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid for the relevant App during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD 50.

These exclusions and limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Alpha Gateway harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs resulting from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of an App;
• Your material violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other legal rights;
• User Content that you unlawfully process, print, distribute, export, or share through an App.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim was caused by Alpha Gateway’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

Trade and Export Compliance

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer an App except as permitted by applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade-compliance laws.

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving or using the Apps under applicable trade restrictions. You must not use an App for a purpose prohibited by applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

Apple App Store Provisions

If you obtained an App through Apple’s App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Alpha Gateway, not Apple;
• Alpha Gateway, rather than Apple, is responsible for the App and its content, subject to these Terms;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
• Apple may provide a refund or other remedy only where required under its applicable marketplace terms or applicable law;
• Alpha Gateway is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-compliance, and intellectual-property claims, to the extent required by law;
• You must comply with the applicable App Store and Apple Media Services terms;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable provisions of these Terms and may enforce those provisions against you.

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If a mandatory Apple term conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory Apple term will control to the extent of that conflict.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from these Terms or an App, you and Alpha Gateway should first attempt to resolve it in good faith.

Before starting formal proceedings, the party raising the dispute should contact the other party and provide a reasonable description of the issue and the requested resolution.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections, legal remedies, or rights to bring a claim before a competent local authority where those rights cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Apps, purchases, business operations, third-party services, marketplace requirements, or applicable law.

Updated Terms may be made available through an App, our website, or another reasonable channel. The effective date at the beginning indicates when the current version takes effect.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change applies.

Continued use of an App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the Apps and cancel any active subscription where appropriate.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.

Headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase terms displayed before checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Alpha Gateway regarding your use of the Apps.
